Hi Everybody I like my Nuclea N2. I got my Black Nuclea N2 on 29/03/2014 around afternoon 12:20pm-01:00pm. Til now mobile handset (Nuclea N2), charger, battery & earphone have no problem. so many people complaints regarding poor battery backups but my nuclea n2 battery backup is good, I got one day battery backup when 3g singnal is on & without 3g I got one & half day battery backup. my uses is very limited, some time gaming like subway surf, temple run, candy crush etc, when I play subway surf than battery backup slightly dropped fast, but I play temple run than battery backup dropped normally. I use whats App 7-8 times per day. 8-10 times call receiving & out going call per day. 5-7 times net (wifi/mobile data both) use per day. 6-8 times sms per day. i not use generally 3g signal that means my 3g signal generally off. brightness level is zero not automatic brightness. WiFi always on. in this all conditions I got 1½ day battery backup.

I purchased this product from eBay since it was listed for 16K. iBerry offers 7 day refund policy BUT IT WILL DEDUCT 18%, so you are already at loss when you purchase this product. When I contacted iBerry, they said they cannot help me because I purchased it from eBay. I also messaged the seller on eBay the same time I emailed iBerry, still there is no response from that eBay seller. I thought I am still safe because of eBay guarantee, but it seems eBay guarantee is not valid for the products which have manufacturer warranty. To summarize, iBerry refuses to refund your money or will charge you 18%, seller will not respond and eBay guarantee will not cover this item. So you are totally tricked by these 3 frauds. Now, about the item. I will be honest. This has a few good features, but the battery life, Oh my god! If you are a gamer, the battery will last for hardly 2 hours. And they have claimed 3500mAh Lithium-Polymer battery, and in reality it is just a 1000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery. There are other faults too. The back camera which is claimed to be a 13 MP camera takes pics like a 2-3 MP camera. The front camera which is claimed to be a 8 MP is nothing more than a VGA. The earphones that come with this are really pathetic. You can buy another 200 Rs. earphone. To summarize, the battery life is so pathetic that it takes away whatever little good things that this phone has to offer. Sorry for this long review, but I hope I help someone in not getting tricked into this like I got. I am definitely going to consumer court for this, but I am not sure if that will help me. But please stay away from this. Cheers!

I have filed a case under customer protection act for providing cheap li-ion batteries in place of li-polymer batteries as mentioned in their spec. All N2 customer can file a case on local consumer court or online http://core.nic.in/Complainant/CRegistration.aspx.
